The challenge
For international and Russian-speaking families in Cyprus, the everyday can become a maze: a second language, an unfamiliar system, and no one person holding it all together.
Why it matters
It's not that these things are hard. It's that no one should have to carry all of them alone.
The solution
Tevuu becomes the single point of contact for the practical side of your family's life in Cyprus. You ask; we handle it, or we know exactly who can.
Household administration · property management · home maintenance · building & garden projects · security systems · managing contractors · telephone & internet
Government departments · visas & permits · legal paperwork & contracts · insurance & banking · translation
Schools · admissions & tutors · day-to-day coordination of family life
Travel & transport · private jet arrangements · the one-off requests a busy life throws up
If it's part of running a family's life, it's probably something we handle. Just ask.
Who delivers it
After ten years doing this, I've learned that what families really want is simple: one person they can trust, who picks up the phone, gets it handled, and never has to be chased. That's what we built Tevuu to be.
Tevuu is led by Natalia McLean, a British-Russian dual national who has spent the last 10 years managing families' lives and affairs in Cyprus. She works in fluent English and Russian, knows how things really get done here, and brings a trusted network of specialists with her.
Why it works
Anyone can run errands. Getting things done properly in Cyprus, quickly, at the right price, without surprises, takes more.
A decade of knowing how Cyprus works: the systems, the authorities, the unwritten rules.
A vetted network of contractors, schools, lawyers and agencies, built over years.
We work alongside your existing lawyers, accountants and advisers, not around them.
Fluent English and Russian, so nothing is lost in translation.
We work inside your private life; confidentiality is simply how we operate.
A single contact who owns the outcome, start to finish.
How we work
We talk through what's on your plate. No obligation.
We propose how we'll help, the way of working, and the cost.
We take it from there, keeping you informed, never overstepping.
Reachable when it matters. For urgent things we respond fast, by phone, email or messenger.
A regular arrangement: a set number of hours each week or month.
Flexible day-rate help, used as much or as little as you need.
A defined job, short or long: a move, a new home, a single fix.
Stepping in to run things for a set period, full- or part-time.
No subscriptions, no lock-in, only what fits.
Questions
Plain answers to what people want to know before they get in touch.
A Family Business Manager is a single, trusted point of contact who takes responsibility for the practical running of a family's life: household and property, government paperwork and visas, schools, banking, travel, contractors and the day-to-day. In Cyprus this matters especially for international and Russian-speaking families, where local systems, language and bureaucracy can be hard to navigate. Rather than juggling agents, lawyers, schools and tradespeople yourself, you have one team coordinating it all on your behalf. Tevuu provides exactly this across Cyprus, in English and Russian: by the hour, by the day, by the project, or on an interim basis.
Look for three things: a real track record with families in Cyprus, genuine fluency in your language, and discretion as a default rather than a selling point. Family management is built entirely on trust. Whoever you choose will know your home, your schedule and your private affairs, so references, longevity and confidentiality matter far more than a polished pitch. Many families in Limassol and across Cyprus are Russian-speaking, so working comfortably in both Russian and English is essential. Tevuu is led by Natalia McLean, a British-Russian dual national with 10 years' experience managing families' lives in Cyprus; we work in both languages, and confidentiality is simply how we operate. The best place to start is a no-obligation introductory call.
A Family Business Manager runs the practical and administrative side of family life: property and household, visas and government paperwork, schools and tutors, insurance and banking, travel, contractors and one-off projects. A personal assistant typically handles diary and admin tasks; a family office is a larger, formal structure managing significant wealth, investments and staff for very high-net-worth families. A Family Business Manager sits in between: more hands-on and accountable than a PA, far more flexible and personal than a family office, and ideal for families who want one trusted team to take the load without building a back-office. Tevuu offers this in Cyprus on flexible terms, coordinating with your lawyers, accountants and advisers wherever regulated matters are involved.
Because every family's needs are different, fixed packages rarely fit, so we keep it flexible. Depending on what suits you, we might agree a set number of part-time hours, a daily rate used as much or as little as you need, a price for a specific project, or an interim rate for stepping in over a period, all with no subscription and no lock-in. After a short introductory call we'll understand what you need and can quote clearly, so there are no surprises. The intro call itself is free.

No. We coordinate and manage practical matters, and work alongside your regulated professionals (or introduce you to ours).
Costs
We don't publish a fixed price list, because no two families need the same thing. Instead we agree the right arrangement for you: part-time hours, a daily rate, a project price, or an interim rate. We set it out clearly, before any work begins. No subscriptions, no lock-in, no surprises.
The introductory call is always free.
